Juice Recipe for High Blood Pressure

Drink 4 to 6 cups of this juice daily.  Eating 8 heads of celery everyday for a month will significantly improve your blood pressure.

Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 heads of celery
  • 2 tomatoes, sectioned
  • 1/2 apple
  • 2 kiwis, peeled (*)
  • some alfalfa sprout

Other

  • lecithin ground
  • flaxseed
  • white sesame seeds
  • fiber powder
  • bee pollen

Optional

  • garlic
  • ginger

Process through a juicer and serve.  It is even better if you use distilled water.

 * If you can remove the hair, it is nice to keep the skin.
