As the Chinese proverb says “loosen the bowels and live forever”, it is important to have regular defecation. It would be better to defecate 3 or 4 times a day.
This juice helps bowel movement and lower blood sugar (blood glucose). Pineapple helps protein digestion and bowel movement; kiwi fruit is rich in vitamin C and potassium which is good for kidney and heart. Drink 6 cups everyday; 2 before breakfast, 1 before lunch and dinner, and 2 in the afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 beetroot, peeled and sectioned
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 2 kiwis, peeled (*)
- 1 lemon, juiced
Other
- fenugreek powder
- ground cumin (cumin powder)
- flaxseed
- black sesame seeds
- bee pollen
- sea salt
Optional
Process through a juicer and serve.
* If you can remove the hair, it is nice to keep the skin.

Beetroot is the superstar among healthy foods in recent years. Beetroot is rich in potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium. It is also a good source of vitamin A, B and C. Besides, beetroot has:

The Romans used beetroot as a treatment for fevers and constipation, amongst other ailments. Researchers have found that drinking beetroot juice everyday can significantly lower blood pressure. Beetroot has high nitrate content that might be converted to nitric oxide by bacteria in saliva., and the chemical could dilate blood vessels and reduce blood pressure. Drinking beetroot juice before meals can improve gallstone.
