Hypoglycemia (Hypoglycaemia in British English) is the medical term for a pathologic state produced by a lower than normal level of glucose (sugar) in the blood.¬†Hypoglycemia can produce a variety of symptoms and effects but the principal problems arise from an inadequate supply of glucose as fuel to the brain, resulting in impairment of function (neuroglycopenia). Derangements of function can range from vaguely “feeling bad” to coma and (rarely) permanent brain damage or death. Hypoglycemia can arise from many causes and can occur at any age.

People with low blood sugar are suggested to have multiple meals a day with less amount in each. Drink 4 to 6 cups of this juice everyday and stay away from noodle, bread, cake, dessert, peanut, cashew, milk product and BBQ food.  It is good to eat vegetables, fruit, corn, potato, seaweed, laver and seafood.

  • 1 beetroot, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 carrot, sectioned
  • 1 cucumber, sectioned
  • 1 corn
  • 1 potato, sectioned
  • 1 tomato, sectioned
  • 1/2 cup blueberry
  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
  • 1 teaspoon licorice powder
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 4 granulated black pepper
  • some wolfberry (lycium barbarum)

Process through a juicer and serve. It is even better if you use distilled water.
