Generally constipation means that a person has three bowel movements or fewer in a week. The stool is hard and dry. Sometimes it is painful to pass. At one time or another, almost everyone gets constipated. In most cases, it lasts for a short time and is not serious. Drink 4 to 6 cups of this juice daily and you may have bowel movements everyday.
Ingredients
- 1 piece of corn (grain)
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 4 slices of pineapple
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 figs
- 4 (california) plums
Other
- hazelnut
- flaxseed
- white sesame seeds
- fiber powder
Optional
- some wolfberry (lycium barbarum)
- 1 beetroot
Process through a juicer and serve. It is even better if you use distilled water.
